The UK Skilled Worker visa allows foreign nationals to work in the UK for a specific employer or through self-sponsorship.
Eligibility Criteria
- Hold a valid job offer from a UK employer with a valid sponsor licence
- OR
- Meet self-sponsorship requirements (e.g., entrepreneurs, innovators)
- Meet the relevant skill level (RQF Level 3 or higher)
- Meet English language requirements (A-level or equivalent)
- Meet salary requirements (£25,600 or higher)
- Meet maintenance funds requirements (£1,270)
